Luda Safransky is a Business Development + Strategy professional with a passion for helping companies grow while fostering authentic relationships. With more than 20 years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, she brings a proven track record, a strong network, and deep insider knowledge. Over the last few years, she has contributed to winning more than $3 billion in work, recognized for her ability to leverage relationships, information, and resources to create value for clients, community, and industry.

Her credentials include an MBA and a Real Estate Broker License. In 2021, she founded DELT Strategy to provide high-impact consulting services to companies eager to grow. Today, DELT Strategy supports clients through four core offerings: business development & strategy, proposal response management, social media management, and client satisfaction surveys. Luda also delivers training and coaching for individuals and teams at every level, from CEOs to entry-level staff, covering interview preparation, strategy implementation, networking techniques, and business development skills.

Community involvement is central to her work. She has supported organizations including Habitat for Humanity Women Build, Ronald McDonald House Charities’ Red Shoe Day, Challenged Athletes Foundation, and Junior Achievement of San Diego.

Luda lives in San Diego with her husband, Tim, their two boys, Ethan and David, and their bernedoodle, Max. Outside of work, she enjoys practicing yoga, creating charcuterie boards, traveling, hiking, camping, reading, and discovering new restaurants.
